Great service, top hotel

This facility was a welcome relieve coming after a 3 night stay at Ibis Nairobi. We stayed at the apartments which was very spacious and sparkling clean. Everything needed for comfort was available except for washing machine. The spa session was good and the wide array of food served at the buffet breakfast is memorable. I can not forget the friendly reception and assistance we received during our stay. Smiling Cornelius and beautiful Josephine were very hospitable and helpful. They were like angels granting our every wish. I will definitely visit this hotel again with my family whenever am in Nairobi
