Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta/Duluth/Gwinnett County

The room we got has doubled queen bed for a family of three. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the room does not smell so that is a plus. There was sticker saying that all surfaces, phone, tv remote, and faucets were disinfect.

It was very quiet and comfortable. One of the best sleeps i have had in a while

I booked a room with two queen beds. When I checked in, they told me they can only give me king bed. They dais because I I booked through the third party. They still had two queen beds but they reserved that for the customers who booked directly from them.

Honestly the place is not bad. My room could have been a little cleaner because they missed a few things. The staff was great and did address my concerns immediately by accessing my issues and then offering another room. They were all professional and nice. Emmanuel was very understanding and made sure that I was satisfied and comfortable. My biggest issue was with the person who made the reservation. He told me there was a hot breakfast and he did not actually contact that location to ensure the information was accurate. NOOOO breakfast....grab n go only. If they can ever figure that part out, I think your stay will be excellent. I give them an 9/10 for professionalism and effort. Thank you.

Unfortunately this hotel was very understaffed. Trash not being changed in the front of the hotel or in floors for days. Employees were grumpy and almost always had a attitude. Okay for one night but would not recommend if you to stay for a new days. Clearly lacks management.

This hotel is the best, location, cleanliness, price! I will return 😍
