The heater/ac unit cycled on and off all night, and it was very noisy. The blinds were stuck/broken. It was very hard to sleep in this hotel 😐

The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. The room was very anti bed-bug with deterent mats under the mattress and lots of places to keep your things off the floor. The designs were peaceful and modern. Very nice! Over all the hotel was a great option for our trip.

We have stayed here while passing through before and always enjoy our stays. Convenient access to I-81. This visit I was upset to have major amounts of dust and hair on the wood surrounding the mattress, floors were gritty and we discovered that our duvet was either dirty (not brave enough to smell it) or a previous guest bled on it and staff didn't notice.

I love the TRU hotels because they are always safe, secure and clean clean clean .. I prefer this one over most of the others because it is just off of interstate 81 and a Dunkin Donuts a few steps away ....

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed five days (three days then had to extend), but had to change rooms after two days because there was no hot water (at all) and that seemed to be the only solution. Honestly the hotel is nice and had several amenities, but a few important negatives too. Also, I was disappointed to see several people playing pool in the common area without masks and no one enforcing it. And if you want quiet, you may want to rethink as this is located in an industrial area and I heard nothing but large semis and trains/train whistles. I used my phone as a sound machine to sleep better. It is conveniently close to a several (mostly fast food) restaurants, gas stations, and a Target. It’s a nicely done hotel, but it’s location and the problem with hot water does not make it a $100 night hotel. I’d stay here again but only if I found a great deal to compensate for those things.

Maintenance man was very friendly. Front desk clerks were very nice. Very helpful to get a to-go breakfast and free hot coffee. The kids loved the swimming pool.

Truck broke down, in the shop. From a cold not-so- good winter's day, to be greeted with the warmth of a smile, the comforts of home, to a stress-free night of quality rest. What more can be said?

The woman that checked me in Christmas eve was amazing and extremely pleasant. I wish I knew her name because she was fantastic.
