Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites

Amazing view, helpful staff. Not sure I could top this experience anywhere else in Cocoa beach.

Nice hotel Older but remodeled Staff was very friendly , upgraded our room since occupancy was low We did not realize parking cost until it was on our bill

If you like to sleep in this is not the hotel for you. Kids were screaming in the pool at 8am. The properties in the the area have the trash taken out before 8am as well so you get the lovely reverse beeping multiple times as well as the crash clang if the dumpsters. The AC did not get cold and made a terrible rattling sound from the kitchen. There was a recliner type chair that was absolutely disgusting. I was very careful not to put anything in the chair and was tempted to cover it with a sheet but was worried I would accidentally sit in it if I did😖 The mattress was comfortable but I think they washed and dried the pillows because they were very lumpy and round. If you adjusted the shower head it was very nice and the breakfast was ok, eggs and sausage and pancakes or toast. Good place for a family vacation but not a couple.

Room was clean, breakfast was covid friendly, and everything was awesome.

Hotel is in a great location, access to the beach was very easy. Hotel is a bit dated, and could use some updating (bedding, furniture, etc). Overall though, for the cost and being right on the ocean, it was great. $5 for parking seemed a bit silly when there were people parking there all day long without tags though.

We stay here every time we are in CB. The room is spacious and perfect for our family. We love the heated pool and beach, which is right behind our place.

We were there 4 nights with a standard Ocean Front room. Overall, it was in good conditions. Terrific view from the top floor balcony. Minor issues with the doors sticking and slow bath drain. Maid service did not show up on one day.

Hotel is outdated but location is great and rooms are clean. Right next to the beach.
