Room seemed clean enough. All amenities were there. The normal soap shampoo offerings were lacking but a good stay overall.

Clean and recently redone room. Could hear road noise from 410 at night. No breakfast currently.

I don’t under stand how I book a room in advance and when I show up to check in they tell me they had to move me to another hotel cause they ran out of rooms. like what? How is that possible if I’m here right at check in time??? Isn’t booking a room in advance mean you’re guaranteed a room? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and it’s getting a little annoying! And then they tell me to head over to the other hotel and that everything is taken care of already and when I’m checking out the next day that hotel tells me they need some type of payment cause the other hotel didn’t do it. So now I’m gonna have to wait for my bank statement and make sure they don’t change me for both hotels. This is getting ridiculous! Why do I feel like I wouldn’t have these problems at a cheaper hotel? I’m paying more to stay at a nicer hotel so I can have a better and safer experience and I’m not getting it.

The hotel was under construction on some of the floors, ice machine was broken on 3rd floor. Not enough toiletries for 3 days (toilet paper, shower soap etc). The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Access to hotel was limitied to front door.

I chose this hotel for a night stay to catch an early flight. The hotels.com listing showed an airport shuttle. When checking in I asked about the running times of the airport shuttle. I was informed that they no longer are running the shuttle. I said the listing showed that it was available and included. I was told that they had informed hotels.com that the shuttle no longer was running, and had done so several times. Being a non refundable reservation I was stuck. The receptionist was very apologetic and said maybe the the manager would come a ride to the airport and he would check. I guess the manager didn’t agree with that option, so that ended that. Uber was $15 with tip in the morning. It was to early for the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise the place was fine for an overnight. Next call about the shuttle is hotels.com

Even though the customer service was great, the cleanliness of the room was a 7 out of 10. When I walked in the shower had black stuff on the bottom. The shampoo and conditioner were old and used. The beds blankets were not all that made up.

Paid for two queen rooms and ended up getting 1 queen room and king bed with a pull out that my son ended up having to sleep on. Carpet was dirty, hallway smelled like mildew, toilet in the king room didn’t work and had to get repaired while we were there.

Right next to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Easy check in and out, pleasant desk staff.
