Hotel Carmen

The room was small, but ok for a traveler who just goes to the hotel to sleep. Breakfast was good, but not too many vegetables available as typical in German hotels.

Wonderful breakfast, quiet, slept well, clean, friendly staff that spoke English.

The guy in the front desk looked at me and went cold. ! He wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. I went to my room and realized I forgot my bag in the car to the hotel and another time I forgot my phone in a car and both times he was like I can’t help you . Now I understand if you really can’t help but there’s something called empathy in service industry but yeah this one was too cold I didn’t even want to say hello in the morning while walking past him. Other than that the room was clean even though the corridor stunk of smoke .

It is a very cute hotel, perfect for a city trip! You have everything you need, including a delicious breakfast! The location is also very good and the staff is nice and friendly!

Easy place to stay not far from downtown Munich. Practical place to park a car for 9 Euros. Very nice breakfast buffet!

Had a pleasant stay. Good location for Oktoberfest. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
