Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Indianapolis East

Terrible place. People smoking and partying all night. Non of the showers had hot water. Pictures were nothing like the rooms. Rooms were old and dirty.

This was a very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was not being able to eat at the breakfast buffet....but that is COVID’s fault. They did offer a nice breakfast to take back to the room and eat. Will stay here again.

I had to move rooms twice in one day because of no hot water in the room and unruly neighbors smoking weed and blasting music at 11pm. My co-worker in another room did not have hot water either. No attempts were made to control the unruly neighbors or fix the hot water issues. The pictures on the website do not match what you actually get in the rooms. Don't be fooled.

The staff was great. Very pleasant and helpful. The jetted tub room was great. Clean and neat. Plenty of towels for the tub and shower. Location is convenient to interstate quick 11 miles to downtown.

The stay was fine but odd. The lobby restrooms were out of order which was not good coming off the road. Many employees didn’t wear masks properly which doesn’t help stop the spread. The grab and go breakfast was beneficial for my stay but would prefer extra coffee packets given the coffee at the front desk wasn’t good at all. Staff was friendly.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable beds. Easy check in Highly recommend this hotel

At check in the clerk did not know how to complete the check in. When finally got in to the room another person came to our and unlocked the door and said that we were in Thor room. They went back to the front desk and got another room. When we returned to our room after going to dinner our card would not open the door so I went to the front desk to get another card, the manager was very RUDE to me and accused me of over reacting to the situation rather than trying to make me happy😖👎

Staff was very welcoming and friendly combined with a nice room at an affordable price.

A short distance to the Pennsey Trail, a wonderful hike, running, bike trail.

We were supposed to get a jetted tub and they told us they didn’t have any. Our toilet wasn’t fastened down properly. Not the seat, the toilet. The shower finish was peeling off and the water stream and water were gross.
