Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Richmond Rd.

The app was misleading when it came to booking the hotel. The hotel was notified in ample amount of time. They advise no rooms available and that we had the wrong hotel. The staff and manger was nasty and even when advised by hotel.com about the confusion and that it was not the customer fault the hotel refused to grant refund. This was after they took my 84°°+ taxes. In a time like this they cared nothing about the customer just about the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We didnt try fraud the wrong hotel was picked based on the confusion of the address listed on the app once advise of no room available a consultation was not allowed. Multiple calls where mad. The staff was rude to my family along with the rep with hotel.com. it took a week before the manger could be reach only to be rude and state they will no give a refund. I will be sure to also post this to Facebook as well!

Our stay was very pleasant from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Family trip for my birthday the hotel was clean and very safe. Teresa was even nice enough to sing happy birthday to me at check-in 😃

Our stay was great. Our room was clean. The people at the front desk were awesome. My granddaughter forgot one of her toys in room after we checked out. They were very helpful in helping us find her toy. We couldn’t find the other toy at the time, but they found it and called my cell phone to let us know they had it so we went back to get it. This is huge when a 5 year old has forgotten something and they went out of their way to find it and get it back to us.

The bed was so comfortable and everything was clean.

My fiancé and I stayed for three nights, and it was fantastic! The first two nights practically no one was there, it was nice and quiet. I don’t even think we saw another person. Our third night was a friday, and it ended up being pretty busy, so the noise level was fairly moderate, but nonetheless we enjoyed it just as much as the first two. The woman that checked us in was so nice and helpful! The only part I wasn’t thrilled with was the breakfast that was available, but in covid times, offering any breakfast is rare. I will be staying here again, as I frequently visit the area. The location is perfect.

The Hampton Inn is clean and comfortable hotel. It has a great location if you’re visiting the historic area. There are also lots of great restaurants near by.

We were very pleased with our stay! Loved the bed, very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice too. The only frustration we had was the coffee maker was not near an available outlet.
