Comfortable and quiet overnight stay

Room has everything you need for an overnight stay such as coffee maker and coffee, comfortable bed, lighted closet, roomy bathroom with great shower. We have stayed here before and it was perfect. This room was starting to show some wear including furniture and shower floor that could be remedied to make it perfect again. Breakfast is really good!

Good hotel for business travel

Nice hotel for business travel. Good bed, shower was a bit of a puzzle, but eventually worked.

Just ok

On hotels.com is says the suites are 795 square feet which is not correct. The rooms are more like 525 sqft.

Ok stay for one night

The overall hotel was nice, Tracey checked me in and she was super sweet and helpful. Upon getting into the room we had a small roach on our toilet which we could not kill for about an hour due to him crawling into the square parts of the roller seat hinge. We did phone Tracey and she offered to help us kill it but we finally got it before she was able to make it upstairs. She did inform us that they were sold out of other rooms and could not move us which was not her fault. The roach did kind of put a damper on things seeing as I had to use the restroom really bad and couldn’t. It also made me not want to use the shower, you could tell the shower was kind of old and needed updating and it was cracking in the corners and was orange? If probably needed a good cleaning or to be resurfaced or replaced all together. Breakfast in the am was pretty bland. You got scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, sliced cheese and blueberry muffins in the pack. Overall probably won’t visit again, but at least Tracey tried to accommodate us :)

Not as clean as I had expected. Superficially it looked great but upon closer inspection…not as great. Breakfast was substandard.

Very nice room but eye opening about room safety

The room was very nice. Clean and spacious. However, I was made aware hotel rooms are not as secure as you might think. Somehow the security mechanism flipped when we left the room. When I came back later that afternoon, I unlocked the door but was stopped by the security lock. The front desk associate tried a couple of things he hoped would work. Then he finally just pushed it really hard a couple of times and was able to break in. I am not someone whose scared easily, but that was rather disconcerting.
