It was very clean, nice rooms, was very warm we had our windows open all the time as did most other people. That was our only gripe. Staff were great especially Dayna she was so patient and always smiling. The entertainment was great , we really enjoyed our stay and rate this hotel very highly.

Good hotel with no air conditioning

Good hotel good service very welcoming! staff and management are great, but only thing hotel doesn’t have an air conditioning on any rooms they have little table fan in the room, when is hot it’s get hotter tables fans do no good because I’ve just come back from the hotel, im just thinking they charge so much for each night should’ve been less rates for rooms because no air conditioning. okay they got entertainment in the evening and that room gets so hot and too many people to see the show anyway they have swimming pool outside, aqua park, spa, Fitness classes mornings and afternoon, flow-rider (surf thing)but they don’t do that every time unless it’s peck time and you have to pay not much 1 hours for £12 it’s good fun overall it’s not bad but having said that I’ve been to so many hotels like this one they have everything and so many other things as well anyways it’s all good had a great time

A great fun holiday, staff worked hard in all areas to make you feel welcome. The wave rider was brilliant fun with great instructors making my son feel really welcome. Big shout out to Marcin who spent 3 hours getting a table reservation for a Saturday night on bank holiday weekend. Recommended really highly for a great getaway on a fantastic island.

This was our third stay at the Merton Hotel and as usual everyday a brilliant breakfast. The hotel has a great outside and indoor swimming pool complex, lots of bars/restaurants to choose from and a good evening entertainment schedule. Beware though, the carpark is marked out for small cars and tight to get around also gets very full and difficult to find a spot on days when St Helier locals are in for swimming lessons.

Family-run ethos reflected in happy staff

Lovely staff, great pool, beds a bit small for some people but comfortable. Loved the Italian Restaurant. Need an eco plan to stop people wasting so much of the buffet breakfast but not sure if the hotel can be held responsible for that. Great location close to a lovely beach and natural lido.
