Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge

Check in and asked for main floor due to broken leg. Than was give the furthest room at the end of the hallway. Made 1/2 way turned back and canceled the reservation. Hotel was empty. Sad.

Customer service from front desk was terrible. The man who works overnight doesn't speak a word, not even hi or good morning. Stereotype by a brown man. Breakfast came from a brown bag that has 2 muffins, 2 granola bars and water bottle. The 2 muffins were in a sandwich bag that was not even zipped closed. Had a feeling this man opened it after I said nobody speak a word in this hotel. Considering pandemic is present all facilities are closed, but they're charging full amount for staying. No noticed that these are closed until you check in.

Room had an awful smell and was dirty. The bathroom had hair all in the tub, also looked like there was black mold in areas or the bathroom as well. I got a room with 2 beds one was completely broken. When you would sit on one side it would flip up. Extremely disappointed. I felt super itchy also when laying in the bed not sure what it was. All I was told when I brought this up to the employee at front desk was ... “I’ll tell my manager”

The bed was so comfortable and very clean room. Unfortuately there was nothing posted online during booking to advise of pool closing and no breakfast. The bed and sleep made up for the lack of the pool and breakfast.

Everything was okay. Except no pool or breakfast due to COVID 19

Easy access to parking lot with free parking. Have microwave and fridge available. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Second time staying here. Very happy with the hotel and surrounding areas. Only complaint was the beds are too soft for us.

I did not stay at this room I was suppose to receive my refund becauthus room was booked by a mistake but I never received the refund

location worked for us and they allowed pet for a fee.
