Great hotel with outstanding staff and great service Great location and will definitely stay here when in Rome

The room was on the top floor, in a kind of very small board. There was a very ugly bird smell. It had no windows and had a small door with access to a very dirty mini terrace, full of pigeons, feathers looking unpleasant. It was very small, it had only one light table, it didn't have wall sockets to charge a cell phone or laptop. I complained again and they told me it was the only one they had. They could not change the room. Recommendation: Do not accept a room on the 5th floor.

The room was not clean , there was s lot of noise from the street and from the above floor . The staff was not as expected , specially the door man and bell boy

terrific hotel in great location..Wonderful combination of old and new. I stayed here many times before it was renovated..and loved it then.

Location is excellent but hotel needs renovation Breakfast is ok and you feel the ok touristic aspect on room food and service.

Photos of the rooms on the site are completely misleading. Rooms pictured are the only renovated rooms in the hotel. The rest of the hotel rooms are very old. Fine if that’s your thing but it was the complete opposite of what I was going for. There should be rules against doing this.

Amazing service, wonderful location.

Amazing location, amazing staff, my husband lost his sunglasses in a taxi, and the hotel was able to track them down and have them returned. Also the restaurant in the actual hotel is really good and reasonably priced vs some of the tourist traps out in Rome. Super clean rooms, overall great hotel if you have the option to stay here I strongly recommend you do
