Good clean hotel. Friendly front staff. Good price.

There was blood all over the floor in the main area of the lobby and elevator.

First room we opened the door and part of the ceiling had fallen and it was terrible. We went and got another room obviously and the new room was okay, just kind of a bad taste in our mouth from the first room. The ceiling in the main lobby was disgusting and looked like maybe the place has water issues. The whole building smelled really weird and every time we went in or out of the building people were smoking weed right outside the door. Just not a good experience and we were glad to o to be staying 1 night.

Insects, dead and alive in the room upon entry. Roaches are not a good first impression. We were moved to another room, and the same front desk guy gave out a room key again, to another couple. I had to tell them the room was already occupied.

This hotel is horrible. It started when we walked in and the hotel had a funky smell to it. Got to the room and it smelled just as bad as the lobby. Room was filthy! Spit balls on ceiling, soap scum covered sink and bathtub, hair on sheets, what looked to be a blood stain on comforter, and trash on carpet. We were so disgusted that we could not stay. Was given a receipt for a refund and then also received an email from them apologizing for the horrible experience. After 10 days still no refund and when hotels.com asked them about it they now refuse to give a refund stating that they have a no refund policy. I should not be forced to pay for such filth!

No hot water toilet kept running all night and allot of prostitution in hotel

The hotel was clean inside the room but a bag of trash was in the hallway during our overnight stay. Hallway smelled of " illegal" substance. People or kids were running around all night making loud noise.

Every time I come to Atlanta I always stay at the La Quinta Hotel because the rooms are so comfortable and the staff is always pleasant

The whole state with excellent rooms were clean service was good reception was nice rooms with clean bed nice and comfortable TV's excellent channels
