Clarion Inn Pocatello

Was ok, hot tub wasnt working the stopper in the tub didnt work, room was kinda small

It was nice not a big dan of the wondows but we where able to be by the pool and that was awesome

We chose this because they offered breakfast. What a joke!!! They didn’t even offer real cream for the coffee. Forget this place

The hotel was nice. The hot tub was wonderful. The staff was friendly. The quick and ready breakfast was, well cereal or yogurt or fruit. Because of COVID. But that is understandable so I don’t blame them for their choice.

Tried checking in at 3pm. Was told to return at 4pm rooms not ready. Returned at 4pm and was told again that King bed rooms still not ready. I was give a room with two double beds instead of the king bed room

Outdated; bathtub discolored. Good for family outing.

The service was good. The pool area was not functioning like the pictures portray. The rooms were very dated and had dead bugs in the bathroom and water damage but the beds were clean and comfortable.

Just a quick stop for the night. Hotel grounds and building need some maintenance. Room was ok.

Great find! We checked in late, room was clean and ready for us! The staff was accommodating and helpful!

Going in to the place started out nice. Friendly counter person and easy instructions to the room. Once we got to the room, we went to the restroom. First thing we noticed was no shower curtain. We tried the lights and that didn’t work either. So, I went to the front to see about another room. As I waited at the front desk another person was having issues and the counter person stated “ we are so sorry about ... this is the only other available room”. Disappointed, I just requested a shower curtain and went on my way. Going back to my room, we noticed there were no knobs on the air conditioner, fruit loops on the floor, lights still didn’t work, items left behind from previous occupant, and trash on the floor. These are inconveniences and does not affect how we slept if that’s all you’re looking for.
