Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Atlanta - Buckhead 

Great value. Comfortable and clean

What a horrible place to stay. I had to find a quick place to sleep due to travel, it’s right off the highway, but this hotel was not worth $25 a night. Never again will I choose a Red Roof

Walked in to the room literally covered in glitter which proved there was no floor cleaning among any other cleaning it seemed. Stains all over including what looked like snot on the walls. All surfaces were dirty and had debris and covered in dust + grime most anywhere. Had to kill 4 spiders within the first 10 min including seeing dead squashed ones on the bathroom floor. Dirty tub, sink, counters, tables, and even the towels save 1 were stained and one large bath towel looked dirty with black dirt on it. Had I not been exhausted and recovering from ankle surgery I would not have stayed snd instead went somewhere else but I was on alert the entire time and tried to avoid touching anything at all yet still got the glitter all over my stuff. Beyond filthy and if there was even a change out in the room, I couldn’t have taken the person more than 5 min because only the sheets looked “ok” still some spots but I was nervous and even the toilet paper roll was empty on the bar with a new roll sitting on back of toilet but not changed. Electrical sockets busted with walls fixtures janky and chipping or hanging etc. just bad and having stayed in countless hotels over time and even a bunch during covid, they have clearly made zero effort to clean or keep up the rooms, let alone take any extra precautions to protect anyone for covid. There should be a refund policy for this condition because it just felt like I was squatting in an abandoned room which cost them zero time and effort.

The roof was sinking in the bathroom when the shower was turned on and we changed room the other room was not cleaned well at all

If you are a serious germaphobe I do not recommend this hotel at all.

For the price I should have stayed downtown, i could smell the bleach in the room that was sprayed but the carpet had some leftovers from the previous guest, little baggies , clothes , and chewed bubblegum in the sheets. I didnt sleep in the room at all ...

Nothing the room was the worst I ever been too!! Heat didn't work and they wouldn't change our room unless we paid a different price and again they heat didn't work at all

People at the front desk were friendly and the location was convenient but that’s where the compliments end. I got in late the first night so didn’t really look around and just went to bed. In the morning I was pretty set back at how dirty it was. The floor was pretty dirty and the carpet was even worse. Under the bed was absolutely disgusting. Yes I looked under the bed worried about bed bugs and did see a few bugs but not sure what they were. Windows were filthy, countertops were sticky and smelled of smoke. Won’t stay there again.

Well I stayed a total of 8-9 days, my first couple of days, I didn’t notice the floor smelled like pee, my room was exchanged for something a little more tolerable. The attend was very friendly in accommodating my needs, the status of the new room, I had dirty towels and cigarette holes in shower curtain. Being that it’s in Buckhead and that it’s a plus that supposed to provided breakfast in a bag which was not included. If your in town for a quick NIght this is a perfect place to stay to be in and out. It could be more than a wonderful stay if more things was in upkeep .
