Red Roof Inn Dayton - Fairborn/Nutter Center

The room was very clean. The parking lot needed to be picked up. There was garbage everywhere. The room that they gave us was kind of small , but the room next to us was bigger and the clerk let us transfer rooms without charging us for the bigger room. He was very nice.

The only complaint was the bed (arm 109). It sagged badly affecting my night’s sleep.

Room was dirty and not even cleaned. Old keys and garbage were there with linens not even on the bed or in bathroom. Front desk was very nice and one of the best customer services I’ve received.

First, evertone i dealt with was very pleasant. However, this is a very old property. The iron casing on the second floor is rusted thru. Not sure how much longer that portion is going to hold. While the room was not filthy, there was splatters of red and brown on the wall near the bathroom, a large splatter of peanut butter looking substance and the fridge hadnt been cleaned in a while. Gnats and flies were horrible in the room. Walking the dog i found a hypodermic needle laying on the ground. The clientele are a bit shady on the backside of hotel. Not good for familoes or single women. Ok if you are stopping and need an inexpensive place for one night while traveling as long as you stay on the side facing the gas station.

There were kids running up and down the halls screaming, playing in the elevator. Upon arrival we found dirty towels in our bathroom trash under the bed and some kind of dried sticky liquid splattered on the bathroom door, hair in tub and the mirror had finger prints and other fluids on it. I took plenty of pictures to make sure I had time stamped photos incase they try to charge us for any of the other damages I found all within 10 mins of being there. The desk ladies were nice but that does not make up for the rest of the horrible conditions. They also charged my card for the $50 which is supposed to just be a holding fee. I will be calling if this has not been reimbursed in the next 2-3 days.

Well the room l was assigned was 106, the room smelled as if it had been unopened for a long time, also there was so much dust on the bed lights and tv l could not believe it especially with the covid virus. I did not complain, l was just too tired to deal with it

It's a standard Inn, Nothing to special but the room was clean and the staff were friendly. If your on a budget and want something cheaper compared to a much more expensive hotel, I'd recommend this. However I dont think this Hotel offers vending(as in drinks) or water but it does offer Ice. No on-site food that I was aware of either. Just a decent place to stay a night with a bed.

Staff was friendly. Room smelled like mold so bad I ended up leaving.

The property has not been renewed since my last visit 4 years ago. It is starting to age and needs renovation. However, with the recent virus travel restrictions, I am sure it is suffering along with virtually every other travel business. It was a perfectly acceptable stay.

Very nice decent place to stay updated and friendly with comfortable bed and features and good hbo
