The worst 😫 took over 30 minutes just to check in as there was no one there to check me in. Thrre was no clean towels to take a shower called front desk after i was checked in told me there wasn't any till the morning Also no heat in room took me over 30 minutes to figure out how to turn heater on

Room was clean and comfortable. House cleaning staff very good. My only complaint is the WiFi is terrible. I had to use my hot spot to access internet. Theirs would not connect. They need to address this.

A little more complicated check-in compared to other hotels I’ve been to. For some reason, after an online booking it takes 15 minutes and a paperwork to check in. Rooms a bit outdated: some sealant in shower room needs to be renewed, bath itself is ok. Some electrical outlets did not work. TV was not connected to power. And the cold air was getting in under the entrance door but you can regulate heating and it is a plus. Overall, clean enough.

Will never stay there again

I paid for a king size bed. When i got there i was told that they no king left, so i had to take a room with two queen size beds. When i got to the room it was actually two full size beds. I called the front desk to co.plain and they just brushed me off and said they would call me back and they never did.

This hotel

The stay was good but the service wasn't there. When I arrived to the property their was no one at check inn. So it took sometime between a half hour to an hour before I could get checked inn. The person who finally check me inn was nice. But other than that you shouldn't have to wait that long in the cold to get checked inn. Theirs no more open lobby so you have to go to this little room and wait with everyone else there.

Room didn’t have no remote for the tv also one little bar of soap no lotion seem to be a lot of prostitution going on at this hotel would never stay there again

Disgusting, dirty rooms, scary people,
