Motel 6 Memphis, TN - Downtown

We didn't sleep well at all. The heating unit is really loud and kicked on and off every 30 seconds. It made it hard to hear the TV because when the heat was running it was so loud we'd have to crank the TV up and then when the heat turned off the TV was blaring. The room smelled like an ashtray. The pillows were so flat they barely functioned as pillows. The front desk lady wasn't very pleasant when I checked in. I had a reservation to stay at this hotel again on the return part of the trip but changed to a better hotel.

The Elevator was not working!

The lady at the front desk was very professional and positive. Good place, good room , good people, good price

Two police cars and a fire truck parked outside when I checked in. Dirty and old shoes directly in front of the door of my hotel room. Cigarette burns on covers. Air blasting when entering the room during the fall season. Took 4 hours for the room to get warm.

We waited an HOUR to check in! Sink doesn’t work. Holes in the door. No trash can. The people who work here are HORRIBLE!! $70 was too much!!

That had to be one of the worst experiences of my life as far as a Hotel stay. I cancelled my second night because it was so awful!! The sheets had "spots" all over them (bodily fluids!!) the bedspreads were filthy. the mattresses looked like something Goodwill would turn down. Pillows had stains all over them. NO TOWELS, NO TOILET PAPER. Housekeeping brought us clean sheets and blankets and just handed them to us for us to make up the bed. Not to mention all of the hollering and fighting that was going on all night! We slept in shifts and didn't even change into our nightclothes for fear of having to leave in the middle of the night!. We arrived after dark or we would have NEVER stayed there to start with. The elevator didn't work and they put us on the 3rd floor. I'M 63 YEARS OLD! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN MOTEL 6.

Good wifi and comfortable bed wish they served breakfast but that’s probably a bit much for a motel

The staff were friendly. The building needs a total renovation or better yet tore down and start over. Sticky floors, holes in the walls. Front door ready to come off hinges and hard to close. Bathroom door falling apart.

It was not good at all! Sheets on the bed had cigarette burns in them. Toilet overflowed and leaked at the bottom. Couldn’t get my money back.
