Horrible service my room was cancelled for some reason not knowing why. Had to book another room somewhere else last minute because they didn't offer to look into my reservation even thou I had a confirmation they just brushed it off

Everything was filthy including the receptionist. According to her name tag, her name is Mustang Sally, I was rushed to the hospital after I went to the second room which was infested in Mold. The first room had sheets covered in a substance and had blood. On the sheets.

Rooms looked like they weren’t cleaned Thoroughly in a long time . Nasty smell coming from ac. Literally too many things wrong to name. This property definitely needs some TLC. My door bolt lock didn’t work properly. Thankfully our flight was leaving early as I wasn’t comfortable in lire ways then one . Should have known is wasn’t a nice place when there were cops just in the lot

Dirty. Worn out. Hard to find. Bad value

HORRIBLE. They sold my upgraded room that I booked two weeks in advance and then put us in the dirtiest room ever, unliveable and not sanitary. Beds were yellow and as soon as we opened the door killed two roaches. Went to get a refund and she didn’t want to refund me until the morning because it would mess up her audit!!! Smh! We checked out and got refunded two days later. Smh, a non smoking hotel where everyone is standing outside their rooms smoking and pedophiles ogling my 12 year old daughter! I literally almost fought a grown ass man.

Scary area but great hospitality, decent rooms.

Not a great experience. The service was next to none, they didn’t even provide coffee in the lobby. I know there are restrictions because of COVID-19, but every other hotel I stayed at as at least had some type of coffee service.

The hotel needs to service the ac filters. The room had a horrible odor stemming from the ac, filters on the unit had caked on debris. A double room only offered two small bath towels, for two grown adults. The tub needed caulking, the furniture it old and beat up showing age and neglect.
