No breakfast provided. The website indicated that breakfast was to be included We weren’t told when checking in that breakfast wouldn’t be provided. Found out when we went to get it with a sign Do to Covid....

Hotel was dirty. I prepaid for a non-smoking room, but was told one wasn’t available. I was warned by the receptionist the room reeked of smoke, she wasn’t wrong. The room was very dirty. Stains all over, loud a/c, of course the smoke.

I didnt like how me and my cousin was treated there

The woman who checked me in was nice and did her job. The location was gross. Out dated and very sketchy. I left without even staying the night i was so uncomfortable.

Frequent guest at this hotel and have booked several stays. Hotell staff are friendly for most part. Housekeepers are efficient

It was a little dated and the chair in my room was broken and I was over charged

Hotel bathroom was horrible. The smell of room was nasty. Hotel it self DIRTY

Ants on the floor and wall of jacuzzi. Found old flower petals under chairs and forgotten Easter eggs behind the couch. The fire alarm went off due to steam from jacuzzi and a worker opened our door and yelled, "there is NO SMOKING in this room!" Neither of us smoke and the alarm sounded for 10 seconds. The room I booked on expedia was not the same room that we were given and I had to talk for an hour to expedia and the hotel to have it sorted out. Luckily I kept record of the receipt and details to show proof. Won't be returning to this hotel.

Everything was fine. Will reserve a room again in the future

Nice place, nice people. Conditioner would be nice, but that's the only complaint.
