Gardens Hotel

I had no heating in my 2 day stay i complained the first and second night was told it will be sorted out and no one did anything i complained when leaving and was rudely told i should have asked to change rooms. When it was the same person i told? Haha. Also wasnt the cleanest bath a few not nice hairs about.overall not so great an one staff was rude.

Lovely room friendly staffs confy bed a lit bit noise but is the location is very busy all shoppings walk distance i will recommend and looking forward to stay again

Have stayed in all around Piccadilly but always come come to this 3star hotel which is really a 5 star hotel very friendly staff nice location huge rooms free internet highly recommend
