Days Inn by Wyndham Ocean Shores

For a place at Ocean Shores, it was remarkably nice! The room was very clean, the couch was awful, though! The a/c unit had a leak, but they fixed it immeduately. The staff were right on top of all requests, it felt like a much more expensive hotel! Definitely will stay there again!

The Young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful when I was checking in. I and my Grandson were there during King Tide and the Wind Storm. We woke up with no no Power. We went to the office and they we're locked up other than the office being locked 🔐 and could not ask them any questions about my next upcoming stay it was ok.

When i got there the room was clean. But my room didn't get cleaned.all the time i was there. At breakfast there were not syrup for the waffles just jelly. The room only has shampoo and conditioner but not lotion.

Great stay, quite, clean. Will stay agian, friendly staff

Not what we expected of a Wyndham property. Dirty floor, didn’t look swept or mopped prior to our arrival. Someone’s book under bed. Wet towel hanging in closet. Bedding appeared clean but we brought our own and slept on top. Room smelled like it had been smoked in before. Tub didn’t drain well, and bathroom had water damage. Staff member who checked me in wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly. No direction to where room was, or info about property you’d typically get when checking in. Stayed for Wyndham name as we’ve always had great stays at their hotels. Did not deliver for $150/nt

The room was clean and neat and the staff was friendly. The beds and pillows were to hard for us. When i used the coffee maker the power to that side of the room went out. Apparently the tv, mini fridge, lights and coffee maker all on the same plug was to much. Over all it was a good weekend.

Walking into the room a very overwhelming smell. I expected sanitizer, but this was very over powering. Floor seemed a little gritty. The bed had large dips.

Every thing was great EXCEPT I called ahead to see if pool & hot tub was open. They said yes but didn’t mention although the hot tub was open the jets weren’t working. Main reason I chose this hotel so very disappointed.

They did not clean the tables in the breakfast area between customers. The room was dusty. My room was nothing like the picture. Check-in process - gave me a room where there were guests already staying in. I surprised them when I opened their door. The ground floor windows are very large and do not have screens on them - vacant lot behind so didn't feel safe to open window - anyone could climb in.
