Comfort Inn Fountain Hills - Scottsdale

I was deeply disturbed that this location copied my driver's license and refused to return it upon checkout. This is a huge issue for personal security and identity theft! Deeply disturbing.

The place was very nice. The room was comfortable with a great view.

Terrible place for the price. I was ready to take a shower when i found out there were no soap, no whampoo and no conditioner,

Very clean and excellent customer service. Way to go keeping up with all COVID.

The so-called breakfast was just a few danish and muffins. We had to call and request toilet paper, which they dole out like it was gold. No maid service unless we called. There was a shopping cart at the rear entrance full of trash the entire time we were there. I physically took one of the hotel employees there to show the filth and still never taken care of. I wouldnt stay there again even if it were free. Stop blaming your failings on Covid.

Great service and appropriate accommodations but ac was not on and it took quite some time to cool our room for comfort. Sheets were worn and had some holes and a couple pillow cases did not seem very clean.

Clean hotel air conditioner didnt work in the first room i asked for a different room but was told it will take 15 minutes to cool off but 2 hours later the room wasnt cooled off so with a shift change we were able to move to a different room. Nice quiet place room had everything needed.

A very good choice of properties while in Scottsdale. Nice location but unfortunately right next door to a crappy restaurant of Denny’s! First Watch or some other finer establishment would have been better. Very comfortable stay!👍
