Days Inn by Wyndham Lake City

I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest in that area. We didn't get a chance to even stay here because the professionalism of the front staff was HORRIBLE! First of all, half of the time they don't answer the phone. What hotel never answers their phone!?! I had to make a change to my reservation but i ended up canceling due to the front desk rep being so disrespectful. I think her name was "Nina". We were there due to death in the family and this lady refused to listen to my complaint about no one answering the phone. She hung the phone up on me twice. So i ended up calling hotels.com to cancel my reservation with them. If the staff is unprofessional and rude, why should anyone book a room at this hotel. Never again will I even consider booking at this hotel.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

Awful place. Came to check in at 11pm after work. They couldnt find my reservation and the front man and lady were very rude. Contacted hotel.com for a refund and they have yet to confirm the refund yet. Will contact my bank for a full refund if hotel.com does not help solve this issue

Very clean & updated. Great staff. Unfortunately the heating unit was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. Otherwise a great little motel

I did not care for the statues of Buddha in the reception and dining areas.

Overall it was clean staff was polite nice decorations only one ice machine downstairs and an uncertain feeling of danger because a bad neighborhood is not far away

It’s was disgusting! After moving twice, we left. Not before the front desk person called the police. I am 7 mos pregnant and had my 18 mo old son with me as well. Horrific experience for $150 a night room

Great experience. Will be back Rooms we’re very clean. Staff amazing

Air dont cool the room enough. Was a very hot night indeed
