Sleep Inn Baton Rouge East I-12

Ladies at Front Desk Clerk should have better hospitality at greeting customers. No smiling or hello etc. When it wad time for me to check out i waited 20 minutes along w 5 other customers. The guy had to knock on door. The male at front desk was very nice at fixing my issue w key. The cleaning lady went out of her way to change out my trash and bring me towels and she left w a smile even though a customer kept hollering at her over keys the customer misplaced. She made my stay. T.y

I’m here for personal reason and comfort was very big to me. I’m a female traveling alone, and I wanted to be somewhere I would feel safe! For the price of the room, it was perfect. The only issue I had was my original reservation couldn’t be found but thankfully the prices were the same so I was still able to get a room! All of the front desk staff are great and I will definitely be back once my stay is over.

Easy stressless check in , return of my cash deposit upon checkout & above all Fast, friendly & efficient service from professional employees.

Perfect it looked just like the picture no catfish! Everyone was friendly, and helpful. I will be going back.

Rooms are too small and only had oatmeal, juice and coffee for the grab & go breakfast.😒Everything else was really nice.

Everything was nice. Room was clean and smelt good. No free breakfast due to covid-19. But overally good staff and quiet area.

Nice place to stay in Baton Rouge. Good location with nearby seafood restaurants. Clean rooms and showers. Comfortable beds. No breakfast provided when we visited.

Too many strangers hang around property harassing the guest I would never stay there again.
