My room was nasty

Lousy customer service. Lousy room service. Rooms are dirty. Last time I will stayed there. .

Front desk was rude. Gabe me an already occupied room, had to go back and get another room.

Place was not clean when we arrived in the room. Potato chips on the floor around bed. Old used wash cloth in the tub. The smoke alarm was periodically beeping and when maintenance finally showed up, all he did was disconnect the alarm, not fix it or replace it. The hotel advertises that it is smoke free but people were smoking all over the place, right outside their rooms, in the elevator etc. if given a choice, next time I’ll sleep in my car.

When we arrived the clerk was very friendly and helpful. Then it went sown hill. Every day we where there we had to go have the key programed , it wld lick us out. On our second to last day we had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door because we had valuables in the toom. A house keeper went in anyways and ALL of our things where moved around. Brpught it to the cler, inspector attention. The inspector brought the house keeper in our room. That was ridiculous. Then she went to get GM. He didnt think it was important enough tonleave his desk so he called the room.

Front desk clerk was nice but she didn't mention the elevator wasn't working and we had alot of luggage to carry to the 2nd floor. Then the rooms we checked into wasnt ready because housekeeping was still working on them with dirty linen on the room floor. I had 2 rooms with same problems which made me feel more disappointed. No soap in the rooms, things was left in the fridge from someone that stayed there before us. Ice bag was wet from not being removed from the last person who stayed before us. The remote control didn't work for the tv. Beds were uncomfortable and the wood floors felt dirty This was a Father's day family getaway which turned into a nightmare. I will not be returning

Breakfast was very good, room was clean, bed was to hard.

Loved the convenience to the Cracker Barrel, it was right across the street.

When I made the reservation, I asked if a midnight check-in would be a problem. The answer was no. I even called for directions from the road at 8PM that night and said I'd be there around midnight. At midnight I arrived to find out the room had been cancelled because they overbooked. They "tried to call me" but I was in the air at the time. Brunswick GA was an area I was totally unfamiliar with, and their only suggestion was to try hotels in downtown Savannah! They said my credit card charge was cancelled. Big Deal. This is a horrible company with no concern for the trouble they caused my wife an I; senior citizen diabetics in a strange state and at that time of night! At 2AM, we found an EconoLodge 40 miles away; on I-95 but not as far as Savannah.

Near I-95. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good size rooms
