Room was nice for the money. Outside traffic was loud right before dark but got quiet at night

This hotel is more like an apartment complex, people were living there. Broken down cars and trailers in the parking lot. Our non smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray and all the paper thin blankets were burned from cigarettes. After walking in the room for a while we noticed our feet keep sticking to the carpet, we looked at the bottom our our feet and they were completely black!! Overall dirty, dangerous with all the people hanging out the parking lot. If you are thinking about staying I say don’t do it!

The air conditioner didn't work, stains on the sheets, dead roaches in the bathroom, hair in the tub.

Older hotel and a little run down. Room was clean, but run down. Staff was very helpful, and very nice. Ok place for a one night stay while traveling.

Well, it wasn't bad but I probably won't stay again. Sounds petty, but there weren't any coffee cups for my morning coffee. I went to the front desk upon check in and asked for a cup. The attendant was super nice but didn't have any cups, so I had to go back the next morning and ask again. When I made coffee, I noticed the previous guest's used coffee filter was still in the pot which is gross. There was no shampoo or conditioner either..just a little bar of soap. All in all, next time I will spend $20 more and stay somewhere else..

The woman at the front desk was super sweet. There were a few interesting guests hanging outside their rooms. They werent bothering anyone but could tell they were ubder the influence of something. It was just us adults so it didnt bother me but im glad i didnt bring my children. Probably would have scared them a bit. However, the business hotel.com wise.... 3 stars. I booked a king size bed. Hotel didnt have one. They only had double queen bed. What I paid online was more thab at the hotel since the hotel discounted me. Hoping I see that money in my account soon. When I messaged hotel.com I received an automated do-not-reply email telling me to look at other links for help.

It was quiet. Bed & pillows were good. We had microwave & refrigerator which is a huge plus. It was older, but taken care of well. We would stay again.
