SpringHill Suites Houston Hobby Airport

This hotel didnt look the part as seen on the pictures. Lots of people not wearing mask, dirty elevators and people hanging in the parking lot smoking and playing loud music...

Bed bugs in Room 106. I started feeling itchy since first night stay. I found some bugs on both beds. I asked politely to the front desk lady at that time for accommodation and all i was offered was clean sheets. Apparently I need to take pictures of the insects to be believed. My scalp is still healing from the bug bites.

Front desk staff and shuttle driver were amazing. Did everything to accommodate my stay. Room was spacious, exceptionally clean and charming. I was there for one night but would have been comfortable staying a week. Only negative, but not really, toilet area was a little small. But considering what you do in there it was no big deal. Plus bathroom sink is in open area and plenty of space. No hesitation in staying there again.

The cleanliness and customer service was excellent. I would come back again if I need to. If you need anything staff was willing to please you any way they could. Friendly too

It was great! Room was very nice & clean! Was very quiet and enjoyable. Great location. The breakfast was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

I like the rooms were very roomy you are able to move around and separate sitting area.The pull out bed from the couch had food crumbs on it.the staff was not always friendly when I call and ask for something.
