Panama Jack Resorts Cancun All Inclusive

I was assigned to a room on first floor and It was on the front/street level! It would be nice if they ask me first if I don’t mind to be in that room. Fortunately they were able to change me. The second one had a problem with the fridge (very noisy when you want to rest) and the mattress was kind of old that I could feel the springs. They send someone to fix the problem with the fridge and he said it's normal to sound like that. But when I returned from lunch it was changed and that one didn’t have that problem. And also they put a cover or changed the mattress and I slept better. In the other hand the customer service was excellent, they even called me every time after I received my food order to make sure it was OK or if I need anything else. That makes a big difference comparing with the hundreds of hotel options you have in the hotel zone. Also the variety of food and restaurants options for an all inclusive hotel was very good too.

Bed and couch was really uncomfortable. But everything else was great ! Felt safe and secure . Great family place . Room had a great view of the pool and ocean . Easy access to the ocean

Very average on all levels. Experienced travelers would rate this place a 6 or 7 all day long. Drinks are above average with the ability to call your liquor. Room service food always room temp when delivered. Pretty dated property that could use an overhaul.

I view of the ocean was amazing. I have been coming to this specific hotel for years. I enjoys it. Only problem is that most of the restrooms have no ac due to it being on first floor. They are so hot are hard to breath. Mybe if open windows to lwt some air in would be good. I would recommend also installing big fans becuase the lobby area bar areas tend to get hot for guests. Even at night. I wouldnt mind a big fan blowing hot air. Other than that, hotel is great, staff is friendly and helpful. The food needs to be changed up. Same food all these years.

When we checked in we were given a room that had a bad smell. The internet went out for an entire day. No entertainment, pool closed at 7:00pm gym closed at 5:00pm. No food or liquor after 11:00pm, no night life. Inside bar is better than the outside bar. Staff is very friendly

We really enjoyed our stay with this beautiful great Hotel. The staff is jus wonderful and the place is absolutely immaculate. Not many places keep their image as tidy we were so impressed how efficient everyone is and mostly all the staff will always give you a kind smile.

Loved it, very clean, super friendly and accomodating staff. Waited a bit at check in reception. Food was excellent. We rented a car and they only had 8 spots to park car a bit of stress but all worked out.

The employees were very nice and tried to make it a pleasant stay even with the hurricane

Hurricane came, they literally kicked everyone out of the resort but gave zero information on where to go or what to do until it was time to actually vacate the property. Communication was horrible and they charged me for not even being at the resort. Horrible horrible experience. These guys should’ve had their act together. I get hurricanes don’t happen daily, but there should be a plan for this scenario. They sent letters to the rooms to contact staff for help. Go to find the staff and none of them had a clue what to do. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I gotta figure out how to get my money back.
