Hotel Le Plaza Brussels

It is a grand old hotel with beautiful furnishings and very helpful staff. Rooms are most comfortable.

The shower in the bathroom was weak, although they have arranged to change another room to us, hot water was still weak, it's really a problem while outside weather is 4°c.

Great staff and perfect location. A short walk away from major train and metro stations. Very close to the center of the city and located in safe area.

The only thing 5 star about this hotel is the location. It's very central and close to everything. The lobby is beautiful, but after that everything is rather 3 star. The restaurant was closed while we were there, and there are no facilities at all. Housekeeping didn't come until the evening when we were preparing for dinner, so that meant we were unable to have our room cleaned some days. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel as we'd read reviews saying it wasn't worth the €29 pp. Plenty of places around the town to get a decent breakfast.

Beautiful, classic hotel with excellent service and staff. Our junior suite was spacious. The breakfast buffet could not have been better. Should we return to Brussels, we will stay here.

Staff was very helpful and location was perfect. Will recommend!

Old fashioned property and need stylish renovation

Excellent location--we took several day trips leaving from the Brussels Nord Station which is just a few minutes away. Pedestrian mall is just across the street and the Grand Place is close as well. Breakfast was great. Staff was kind and professional. Only issue was lack of hot water two days of our stay which was remedied. Large, clean lovely rooms. Recommend highly for anyone visiting Brussels, especially for anyone who would like to make this a base for visiting other towns.
