The beds was hard as a rock. We only had one towel, there was no hot water , ac barley worked

Dirty all, bed nothing comfy, roaches...

Very bad smell not clean at all bathroom had hair on countertop and hair in towels no washcloths in room only one towel front desk never answered their phone had to wait until 10 am when housekeeping was out to get washcloths was then rushed to hurry and leave by security when we got a late start due to no washcloths and one nasty towel and floor mat with hair on it

They lock my room for 4 dollars that I did it on hote

all was good but need the pool open..other hotels have there pools open

First off let me say that the advertisement that's shown on the internet ( the information about the rooms) is misleading. The rooms are not the same rooms shown on the internet. The room had a terrible smell to it the carpet was old and needed to be pulled up 10 yrs ago. There were no towels or face towels inside room. Wasn't even able to shower because of that. Just sad..The remote control had gray duck tape all over it and didn't work. Imagine that.. I will never book a stay at this facility again. I'm pissed that my reward night was even wasted to be honest .

The bed was swiky made a lot of noise

Smelled funny and the AC wouldn’t get cold other then that lots of room and friendly staff

My first time here and I honestly enjoyed my stay. Rooms are spacious, beds are big and comfy. Room was alittle hot but the ac unit did kick in so after that the whole room was very cool. The whole place was quite which for me was great cause its exactly what i needed after a long day. Checking in was very easy and simple.i also loved the whole orange theme and also loved how we could get a quick bite to eat since everything was quite close.
