Quality Inn

Had a very pleasant stay, only problem we had was everytime we left and came back we had to go to office and have cards deleted they wouldn’t open our door. But other than that was a descent nice hotel.

It was pleasant. It was hair in the tub and the water pressure in shower wasn’t the best, but other than that, no complaints! Would definitely stay again

Upon arrival we had to wipe down all the surfaces because there was something sticky all over the nightstands and the counter in the bathroom, the sink had cigarette ashes in it in the bathroom, the bed linens look like they had dirty foot prints or stains all over them, the carpet was stained so we had to wear shoes the entire time, got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and killed roaches in the bathroom, the toilet ran all night long so we had to leave the bathroom door closed to drowned out the sound of the Toilet, and in the middle of the night the front of the air conditioner unit fell off and scared us to death had it not been in the middle of the night I would’ve demanded a new room. The cops were constantly patrolling the area because apparently they were drug dealers also staying in the hotel at the same time we were.

I found a cochroach in my room, I immediately called down to the front desk and demanded a refund, since I have been there for longer than 2 hours they were not going to issue me a refund, I asked to speak to the manager and they were able to issue me a partial refund which is better than nothing, but still finding a cochroach in my room,, I had to drive back home in the middle of the night, which was a 2 hour drive.

Nive clean, only pool open for 100 miles

Clean room and pool area. Clean breakfast area. Exactly as described. Would stay here again

Property was old. Walls were thin. One of the noisiest hotels I have ever been in. I wouldn't stay here if it were free.

It is in need of repairs and desperately needs a deep clean. The breakfast was exactly the same choices every day for several days in a row. They offered breakfast from 6am - 10am, but were often out of eggs by 8am or what was left was like pebbles.

The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable.

Freshly renovated, very warm and cozy.But was not told about the $100 room deposit and if it's a pet friendly hotel why a $25 pet fee
