Close to the hospital. The staff were wonderful. We had a nice room on ground level.

Our stay was awful. We were put in a room with a very noisy person above. When we asked the front desk to ask them to be quiet, nothing happened. The person continued to be noisy. Finally, af 12:30am, gye front desk moved us into another room down the hall. We ended up right next door to people who were up partying!! The next morning we found out the person upstairs had a dog. My question was....why would you put people underneath a room where there's a rambunctious person and dog in it... There were only 4 vehicles in the parking lot when we checked in...the motel was quite empty, lots of rooms to choose from... We paid $114 for a stay that was horrible...The only thing good was the comfortable bed!

For the price it was great. Crazy time for all business, but consideration should be given to exterior. Front desk was efficient and room was simple, but clean.

Convenient location for visiting family and friends in Port Alberni. Quiet and clean. Less amenities due to Covid. Appreciated check out ‘gift’ of water, apple and granola bar when we ‘hit the road’.

I met two staff members when checking in and out and they were very kind and wonderful to interact with. Unfortunately my room was not totally clean. The blanket in the closet was covered in hair, the pillowcase was stained and the chair in the room also had a large stain. This is not a huge deal as it was not completely dark, but 2 out of 4 lights above the vanity were not working and 1 was probably only half lit. I do wish there was a freezer in the room but it did have a fridge and microwave.

I am not a picky person, but I NEED to tell y'all. Good: 1. Easy Check-in 2. Few guests stay in this hotel as not too much car in the parking lot. Bad: 1. A Dull and Dark Hallway 2. Hair on the bed blanket, towels 3. Unclean toilet and the floor 4. Noisy A/C and old 5. Too soft on the bottom sheet I would say they charged over price with these qualities. and not a 3 star hotel

absolutely disgusting complained and was moved to a second room the air conditioners were absolutely disgusting and leftover stuff from other occupants from the last stay asked for refund no chance
