Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel

It was just bad yesterday. I didn’t like the quality of the hotel. It was just very bad. Didn’t look like what it was online and certainly wasn’t worth 300 dollars for the night

Disappointing stay. At no point was it advertised that the hotel shuttle or lounge were closed. I paid for lounge access without knowing this, and thus never got the benefit. Also, I dropped off my rental car early expecting to take the airport shuttle only to have to later pay for an Uber. This hotel really should be more forthcoming with what is not available during the shutdown.

Flushing has so many Chinese restaurants and stores that you might mistake where you are in the world. Instead of flying all the way to china - stay here - check out the Hong Kong Market, visit the famous Castle Spa, have dinner at the Xiang Hotpot, and maybe try some karaoke at KTV.

Friendly reception, clean accommodations, friendly responsive housekeeping, good location. Comfortable

Shuttle bus and driver from and to LGA was great! Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Very convenient location to all the great Chinese restaurants in Flushing.

Club provides good food Location is convenient to subway station

Didn’t like the neighborhood or the room. Could hear everything in the room next door and in the hallway.

The Bell Staff here was Great so Helpful. Their assistance made my last minute travel plans Worry Free. I will definitely stay here again. Thank You!

The only decent hotel in Flushing. Rooms are clean, friendly staff, nice gym with enough fitness equipment, convenient to all.
