My stay was fabulous the service was amazing the rooms were very clean a spacious I would definitely be going again

Bed comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. One issue I did have (as did the others in my party (5 others total) was that there was no breakfast included BUT you could buy a cup for $4. There was also a breakfast buffet set up in the hallway of the exit we used though NO SIGNS were posted to state it was for NAU only. Sorry but if you can offer a buffet breakfast to them you can offer it to the general public. You really blew it on a perfect rating.

Our sleep was terrible due to the windows being very thin single pane with no insulation. WE could hear trains, garbage truck, people outside partying as they yelled outside in the very early morning. The toilet paper holder was broken. There were no sheets for the couchbed ( the front office brought some up when we requested but it should there already so we dont have to wait on late arrivals). No microwave in the room. Why?

Location was PERFECT....was visiting my daughter at U of A. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. :)

This property is in an amazing location if you’re visiting a UofA student, touring the campus or in Tucson for a big Wildcat game. The rooms are spacious a newly renovated with a beautiful contemporary design style that’s well thought out. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We absolutely loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Didn’t like: Complimentary creamer with the K-cups was old and curdled Bathroom light shuts off after a few minutes which can be dangerous while in the shower Took a long time to get hot water in the shower and it still wasn’t very hot Shower floor was slick Purchased bagel at the cafe and it was stale Liked: Beds were comfortable, including the hide-a-bed It was well sanitized

Great Stay. Room was clean and beautiful. I could hear some noise from the room next door. . . Thinner walls? Right now there is a lot of construction in the area. It is challenging to navigate. Otherwise, the location is excellent for dropping your kids off at UofA.
