Quality Inn I-75 at Exit 399

Good value. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Room and overall site could have been cleaner. Parking was easy and location was ideal.

Roaches in my room, kids pooping in the pool area, people throwing pool parties til late at night. My husband and I checked out early because of the roaches- we will never stay here again!!

Hotel not so clean

There really aren't too many hotel options in this area and unfortunately the others around aren't much better. If you are in town and just need a room near the springs, then this is a "good" option.

I stayed here because it was close to my family that was sick. There was a spider wed on the lamp that went up to the ceiling. The bathroom was not clean and the bed smelled like a man had slept in there. I tried to spray it down with Lysol but it did not work. The T.V. kept going off and I had to reset the HDMI. One of the clerks reset it for me as well. I didn't take a shower because of it was not clean. I left early this morning so that I could take a shower . I stayed at this hotel last week and the other room was nothing like this.

Location provided convenient access to the interstate. Also, the bed was fairly comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. On the other hand, the bathroom area was in poor condition and needed a deep cleaning at a minimum. Realistically, the bathroom area should be remodeled.
