Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows

Room not ready at 3:30. Needed a room with 2 beds but took only available room a king. Get to room and it wasn’t clean completely. Toilet was clogged from previous guest if you know what I’m saying. Didn’t get room reserved until 5:30. They didn’t seem to care and said we booked through a 3rd party anyway so we will help you when we can. Worst excuse I’ve ever heard. I book exclusively through hotels.com and I hope this isn’t going to become an issue. 3 rd party shouldn’t matter and if it does maybe this hotel should be removed from your site.

The front desk clerk was very hospitable and professional. I truly enjoyed the breakfast was SUPERB!!! The best I’ve had in most other Embassy Suites that I’ve stayed at before.

Great space in room for our family of 5! The breakfast was included in our stay and served until 10AM and there was a great assortment. There was also an omelet station, which our kids enjoyed. Parking was convenient, and they also were able to accommodate our service animal.

Room was not ready for 45 mins after I arrived. I arrived after check in time as well. Room still was not as clean as I would have liked. Remote was dirty.

The hotel is pretty good but i wasnt sure about the cleaniness . We did have to change the rooms as the one assigned was t properly clean had hair in the bed and no toiletries. The other room looked clean but had hair in bathroom as well. So it was a let down considering a hilton chain hotel which are always so welcoming.

It is as a quick visit, but we found the hotel clean and well appointed.

Excellent Hotel , we stayed with Family including kids. This hotel has figured how to handle covid better than anyone else. Heated pools available by reserving ahead meant while we were there , it was only us in the pool. Service and cleanliness was excellent. The hotel had been nicely decorated for the holidays. One of the best stays we had with Embassy Suites ; we are a big fan and know a lot of the properties, this one is one of the best. The food service was excellent with a wide choice and made to order eggs all handled professionally during the holidays when there were lots of guests. We will be back and well done to the team here.

Security came knocking on door only to tell me they had the wrong room after waking up my teething infant!!

Great stay, hotel was clean and service was above standard.

We loved this hotel. The suite was great. The kids loved the warm pool. The breakfast was made to order omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, potatoes, and bacon. The staff was kind and there was a reception in the evening with free drinks.
