Friendly staff. Got us into our room hours before check in!

My stay was last minute. Easy booking room and fairly easy check in. Room size was decent but there war no coffee cups, or coffee sugar and creamer. The bathroom was a little dirty. Used body soap was still in shower. They didn't restock shampoos or conditioner. The mini fridge was broken so all my beverages and food got warm.

Nice updated room, clean and convenient to downtown.

Clean Hotel rooms and no resort fee. Can’t stay in the Casino long because it smells like a sewer. I would stay here only because of the resort fee, but went to Circa for fresh air inside.

I enjoyed my stay at four queen. lot's of restaurant inside the casino and outside other casino's with walking distance to golden gate and some others as well. rooms were clean with desk and refrigerator.

We stayed for 6 nights on our honeymoon. Room was not cleaned properly each day. City view was decent. Hotel staff were friendly. Casino staff friendly. Drink service was poor. I paid for the room on hotels.com and my mom paid the hotel for our room as a wedding present yet I was still charged. Will be calling 4 Queens today on it. I gave it a highrr rating because the location is awesome on Freemont Street and the simple fact of no resort fees. I would stay here again for a weekend.

Well the hot water on the 7 floor on my room dosent wokrking and I cant take a shower for 2 day.....soo we move to another room 😣😣😣
