Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lake Front Park Kissimmee

I looked online with a kitchen, and when I got there was with out. Was durty amd smells bad.

The first room I was sent to had a foul odor coming out of it when I opened the door. No comforter on bed or blanket to cover with. I changed room and second room didn't smell quite as bad but pretty awful. The carpets are disgustingly dirty and soiled and all fixtures rusty and dirty. I also was shocked to have to pay a depost of $60. when I have never paid a deposit before and then was told it could take a week to get it back. The paint job on the outside does not make up for the hideous conditions in the rooms. The place should be demolished. Air conditioner could not be adjusted and kept turning off. I wish I had taken photos.

The lock on the door was broke, we had no towels or wash cloths. The room smelled horrible even after spraying air freshener multiple times. The bed broke when my teenage daughter sat on it. The foot broke completely off of it. The toilet in the room above us leaked and you could tell by the stain on the ceiling and the wall in our room. The room above us also happened to be my sisters room. We stayed the night and left ASAP the next morning. We both booked through hotels.com and paid for the rooms through them. Upon check out and without any notification my sister was charged yet again for their room. Still waiting on the refund for their mess up that they tried to play off as being our fault. I will not recommend or stay here again

Old hotel, dirty and run down. Needs a complete remodel

Absolutely disgusting. The first room we were in smelled heavily of cigarette smoke- which was confusing since its a non-smoking hotel. We were moved to a 2nd room that had such a disgusting odor, as though there was a dead body. Carpet was filthy and the bathroom....ugh. This was beyond disappointing, thankfully we only stayed 1 night. There is no way this property is owned by Wyndham .

Great.Pool area beautiful furniture needs updating.

breakfast was not that great. only fruit, juices,coffee,toast,oatmeal. No eggs,sausages,potatoes,pancakes

The images on the site are nothing in similarity to what you receive. The only good thing about the property was the location and friendly staff. The bathrooms were dated and covered in mildew. Furniture was extremely dated and smelt like it too. Breakfast was an absolute joke, only edible thing was the juice. This property is good if you’re only going to the parks and not planning on staying in the room for a long period of time, the WIFI barely connected.
