Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque West

Great beds and linens are top notch, carpets not so much. Many stains, the room would be perfect if carpet was replaced with vinyl.

Our stay was just fine--clean, no odor, ground floor, nice man at the front desk--UNTIL THE ROACHES CAME OUT! My grown daughter saw one run into a tiny opening in the wall near the front door, then I stepped on one and killed it in the bathroom. The hotel was sold out, except for smoking rooms (big police activity west on the I-40). Flip a coin--smoke or roaches?

The host at checkin was really nice and helpful with dinner choices. The room was clean and adequate. The water pipes are a bit noisy. Also, I’m not too sure about the neighborhood as I heard gunshots in the night. The host at checkout was all business- not friendly but not really mean either. FYI the Denny’s across the street isn’t 24 hr. like the evening I host had told me.

Customer staying Nextdoor came back at 3 am and woke up myself and probably others. Could not go back to sleep so I started my days drive at 4:30 am. I don’t blame the hotel for the actions of the customer. I just wish I had gotten more sleet.

Great for an overnight stay. Breakfast continental could have been better.

Very clean and comfortable especially for the price. Front desk was very helpful and easy access to property off interstate.
