With COVID restrictions the pool was not open ..although water park and other businesses were open. I think the pool could have been open with social distancing. No furniture in lobby and no restaurant, not even coffee offered for inconvenience. They could have offered a continental breakfast or something. The beds are comfy. The staff is friendly.

Beds were really comfortable. Rooms were clean. Front desk clerk very friendly. Outside not so great. There was trash everywhere on the outside , however id stay there again.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway trip for the fam. There were 6 of us total, and we had plenty of room. Definitely appreciated having the sofa bed in an individual room for added privacy.

Asked the front desk to fix sink twice, finally gave up. It barely drained and took forever. Bathroom light burned out as well which was never fixed either. Overall clean just don’t look to closely. Room stunk. Didn’t give us new towels when cleaned the room we had to call the front desk to get them.

Had the worst experience ever with a hotel telling me they could not find my booking with a all my luggage on hand, had to take everything back to my vehicle and speek to an accociate from Expedia to walk them through it and that took me like 20 minutes on hold, first time with the worst experience ever

Little to no lighting in room. Room smelled like a smoking room.

The layout of the room was like someone tried as hard as they could to make things inconvenient. 5 seconds of actual thought in laying out the furniture would have made things better. We had a light over the sink that was dim when we arrived (should have been caught by housekeeping). When we informed the front desk after the first day of our two-day stay, they asked if we were checking out, as they only had us down for one night. They then checked their system and saw another reservation for the next night, stating that “Expedia reservations come in that way”. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms for the new reservation and we said no. When we returned later that day, our keys did not work in the side door. I reported this to the front desk and they checked our keys and reported they were ok. We went to our room, and as I suspected, our keys did not unlock the door. I then pushed on the door and it opened without a key. They had not fully closed the door after either cleaning or replacing the light! Is that really how Expedia works? Two separate reservations for a two night stay? Between the poor room layout, the “two reservations”, the keys issue and the door left open, I have no intention of ever staying at that location
