Nice stay. Got two free sparkle water bottel.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, room was clean and quiet, halls were clean, decorations were nicely quirky for a chain place. A teeny bit hard to get in and out of, and to pay for parking at a "suburban" place seems odd, but these are small issues.

Clean, updated hotel with very good customer service. Breakfast has a good selection. Gym is small with just a treadmill, an elliptical runner and one multi-position weight machine.

Very late check-in available, friendly staff, decent room size, no slippers in the room. Parking 6 euros, however, there is free parking across the street. Good for overnight stay

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel and it is value for money. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable too. The only negative was that there was no room service as there was a buffet in the restaurant. It wasn't quality food and I think the 19 EURO was a little steep.

Gut erreichbares und am Rande von Aachen gelegenes Hotel. Schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken. Am Anreisetag abends war der Snackbestand leider schon aufgebraucht. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Sauber. Man merkt dem Hotel sein Alter an. Trotz Corona reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Auf die Hygiene wird wert gelegt. Leider wurde der Desinfektionsbehälter am Aufzug in meinem Stock in den drei Tagen nicht wieder aufgefüllt.
