Holiday Inn Express Murfreesboro Central

The room was dirty. Trash on the floor. Crumbs/black specs in the bed for both our king bed and pull out sofa bed. Phones weren’t working either.

Hotel was very clean!

I firmly believe this room wasn’t meant to be let out-but it was! Thick dark dirt and soap scum in the shower, a set of drawers held together by Painter’s tape, a phone whose handset was not connected to the phone, a sticky floor, and an old dirty ripped up chair being stored in the corner-does this not sound like an episode of Hotel Impossible?? Came here specifically because breakfast was an amenity. No breakfast either, just a “grab and go” station. Except grab and go means gogurt and pre-packaged “danish”. If they weren’t going to provide a full breakfast, why not fresh fruit, real yogurt (not in a tube), bagels, donuts that weren’t packaged last year? I stay in this chain all the time. Never saw anything like this place-save your money!

Disappointed there wasn’t any kind of breakfast bar. Stayed at another hotel and they had prepackaged items.

The hotel was in a convenient location. The overall condition of the facility was lacking. They were in a remodeling process of the lobby, but it looked due to some sort of water damage issue. The rooms themselves were spacious, but they were somewhat worn and dated. Certainly not what I would have expected from this brand. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Seemed kinda dirty. Went to get ice & the bucket was filled with water. There were no washcloths and the back of the remote was missing. I think I’ll try another hotel.

It was an OK stay. No hot water in kitchenette sink or bath sink. Cleaning staff left dirty rag on shower head.

Very friendly front desk personnel!! Room was clean.
