Concorde El Salam Hotel

The staff were very helpful and co-operative. The rooms are large and clean, the Hotel is cute and not very big and very elegant. Close to the airport and very practical and quite area. thanks.

Clean, in the middle of everything, in few minutes you can be at down town of Cairo

The people and staff are very professional welcoming . Everything I liked in the Hotel. The things I didn’t like is that upon arrival I didn't find their representative waiting for me that got me scared tried to call, their bed mattresses needs to be replaced very uncomfortable .

It is a wonderful property with a glamorous past. It needs renovations for today’s travelers. The staff were not well trained with their manner. I found this true for many high class hotels in Cairo.

The property was so close to the airport, they provided a shuttle bus to the airport & rides to down town Cairo as well as to a famous mall. I did not like one of the drivers as he made a gesture in sense that he is expecting a tip for his service which I felt that it was inappropriate from a 5 stars hotel employee.

Property is beautiful. Bed is delicious and shower was fantastic. After sleeping on the train the night before from Luxor to Cairo, I felt like an absolute queen! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The hotel was nice. I feel as though the custoner service could have been better. Specially with check-in and check-out and helping tourist with the way around the hotel and to the restaurants. I also think you could get more for the money, especially the with the tours they offer. Shop around for those because the prices are hefty for being not so inclusive and no printed itenary.

No complaint. Every thing went as smooth as can be
