great great location and very kind staff

It was a very good experience. I don't leave review comment much but I have to for this hotel. No parking is only downside but there is a close by public underground parking lot within working distance. it is very close to almost everything and very kind staff. Room condition is not super luxury nor updated but it is very clean and they have all you need. it is located in a middle of tapas restaurants!

Great location. No WiFi!!!!!

Great location! Central to all attractions and sites I wanted to visit, as well as public transport. Restaurants literally at the door of the hotel. Hotel is a bit old, but it was clean, room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. The only issues I had was that there was no working WiFi, which is a huge deal breaker for me. Apparently the city was installing 5g or something, and it interrupted the WiFi service. I had to go to a local cafe to use the internet to book tickets, and it was annoying. The second issue I had was there was no wine opener on the room, or hotel. They have a restaurant and no wine opener?? So strange for this to be lacking, but I had to drag my bottle of wine with me, when I preferred to enjoy it in my room. Other than those two issues, it was a good stay. Staff was super apologetic for the WiFi, and it’s not their fault. They tried to be as accommodating as possible, and were very friendly. I would stay there again if the WiFi were to work in the future. Had I known this was an issue, I would have booked elsewhere.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a perfect location in the old city, however, the hotel itself looked a bit tired and tgere was visible amount of the dust in the room.if someone would ask me upon check out if everything was alright i would mention this then. But noone did.

This is a no frills hotel that was perfect for us. It is on a pedestrian street that has lots of restaurants and bars and is in the heart of Granada. The rooms are sparse but include everything you need. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel was on a well appointed pedestrian street with an array of restaurants on close proximity to the Cathedral and a main retail area. Friendly reception desk staff. My partner and myself were very pleased with the finish and look of the public spaces of the hotel and its presence on the street. The room was small yet quiet and comfortable as it was at the back of the hotel, no view to speak of yet net our needs. No issues.

Great place.

The location is very good. Well maintained. Many restaurants and a drug store right in front. A laundromat also pretty close. Bus stop to go to Alhambra is 100 meters away. The only complain is that our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan (or it wasn't working). Almost forgot, the breakfast was excellent and has very reasonable price.

Would stay again

Great location for a visit to Granada. On a busy street but we were at the back of the hotel so it didn't bother us. We got a room upgrade which was great since we had lots of luggage. There is some noise due to construction of the building next door, but it doesn't start until 8 am so not a problem - you shouldn't be in bed in Granada after 8 am anyway - there's too much to see.
