Residence Inn By Marriott Buckhead Lenox Park

The property is located in one of the better neighborhoods in Atlanta. The Studio room was spacious and comfortable. However, the bed was quite soft and there was pet hair on the couch, computer chair and stuck in parts of the dining room table. The shower lacked pressure and was quite loose at the base. I had to revert to using the faucet in the bathtub. I was disappointed that I had to call twice to have the shower looked at and wait up to three hours for maintenance to arrive. The orange in the Grab n Go breakfast had the appearance and taste of a shriveled up lemon. I was not enamored with being locked out of the key entry door to the Elevator B lobby 5 times because of a faulty door that should have been repaired several months before and to be told to walk around to the front of the building with several heavy shopping bags late at night was equally frustrating. I think I should be partially refunded for inconvenience!

Terrible! I checked in and checked out in the matter of 5 min. They need to close that place down!

The staff was nice. The property is nice. However when I settled in I discovered roaches. Also the shower wasn’t that clean. I’d think a hotel in Buckhead would have been a little nicer. The hotel room itself is very nice and cozy . It’s just not as clean S I thought.

It was pretty disappointing. We stayed here a few years ago and had a good experience, so we decided to try it again. The room wasn't properly cleaned (there was pet hair through out the carpet), and the dishwasher wasn't attached, so it kept falling out when the door was open. I tried to be extra patient with a lot of the amenities because of COVID. However, cleaning staff were often in the hallways without masks and they did not practice social distancing with the guests.

Everything was So clean and roomy. I love the love the kitchen area It had a stove I was surprised

The rooms are big, the front desk service great. No room service for covi 19 rules. The pool was closed. We called to change towels and needed to go picked it up at front desk. Some things in the room need some care..

Room had some "dirt" that looked like spilled formula or frosting on the floor, couch and desk chair. No hair dryer in room. Bed and fold out couch were very uncomfortable. Extra blanket was like a sheet of rubber. Air conditioning was loud and we couldn't adjust vents so it blew directly on us most of the night. For the price and just one night it was fine, but I don't think we'll return.

Property not in good condition and very trashy outside and in parking areas. Had to change rooms because of inoperable a/c. Still had issues with internet tv, poor room service, no advertised amenities open or offered. No breakfast buffet, instead very poor grab bag offered. Not what you would expect from a Marriott. Would not stay there again.

Had an good two night stay at this property. No issues. Thank you
