Excessive Noise from the suite above. Sounded like they were renovating.

The hotel is very outdated and overly priced. The bathroom was disgusting as were the linens on the bed. I would never recommend anyone stay here.

We had a really great stay. It’s not updated and the room was small but there was hot breakfast and a warm pool and a hot tub with crazy jets which was the most important and best part of our stay, be prepared for chlorine! (You KNOW the water is clean). We got food delivered but the restaurant didn’t have any plates, the hotel provided when I asked. The front desk agent was a bit odd, she was confused by the room we chose to stay in and stared at me like I was crazy when she saw we booked a smoking room, even rolled her eyes when I said I was okay with it. it just happened on the website and we are smokers so we just went with it. Later, I asked if my sister( going to uni) could join us in the pool and told her what number room we were in she looked at me again like I was crazy and the room didn’t exist. Just a few super odd interaction with that staff member but everything else was great.

The customer service was excellent. The staff really made sure that we had what we needed.

The pool and the service is good but rooms need updating. Towels are very rough and shower head is leaking

I liked that the pool was heated, but the pool area was not!

Handicap room would not meet any building codes in Canada: steep ramp (why is there a ramp in a motel room); going down the ramp you run into a table? Bathtub is useless if you are in a wheel hair - no bench to transfer onto; Wand on shower did not work; no hand rail to grab onto on right of toilet.

It was fine, all in all. But the rooms were a bit noisy. That is, I could hear others having an argument at 3am.
