Best Western Tucson Int'l Airport Hotel & Suites

The reservation was for 2nd floor pool veiw I feel more secure but when I arrived, they said all the 2nd floor was already booked. I was given a room on 1st floor with pool veiw #124 when I went room I noticed the door latch was broken look like door was kicked in part wood from door was broken off.They were very nice and quick to get me another room #112

Front desk man was absolutely pleasant. I checked in very late at night and he was so sweet. But the condition of the hotel is very poor smells very bad definitely creepy looking at night in the parking lot I did not feel safe at all. I slept on top of my towel because the bedsheets and thank it had stains in a different hair than mine

The courtyard in the middle of the hotel is amazing.

The room was comfortable but when I woke up I found a critter scurrying across the floor when I turned the light on. It was there so long, I was even able to take a picture and report it to the desk. I will not stay here again.

The room reeked of mold, the ceiling tiles were moldy, the shower curtain wasnt long enough to fot in the tub so there was a slippery death lake in the bathroom, the shower head itself was so built up with scum it was like showering in a drinking fountain. There was 1 tiny trashcan in the entire suite... we left trash everywhere and didnt feel.good about it. The towel rack was rusted out and hanging off the wall. To change the channel you have to hold to remote behind the tv. The pillows were shit. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels, since we had to use all of our to sop up the ocean off the bathroom floor, they told us they'd have to find out if they had any....in a hotel....they weren't sure if they had towels. We would have normally left, but we had just finished a 6 hour drive and got in at 1am and just didnt have the energy to do aything about it. Don't stay here. There are about 20 other hotel options within a 1/4 mile of the place.

Didn’t let me stay

The hotel was adequate for my emergency situation. You may have to drive a little to get something to eat if you don’t want a sandwich.

Samantha was wonderful. Very friendly amd helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property is in bad shape and the rooms stinks.

Staff was kind. Room was sad. Had a dirty washcloth and hair from the previous guest in the bathroom.
