La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Deerfield Beach I-95 at Hillsboro E

The room smells horrible And have cockroaches and in the website they offer breakfast and when you do the check in they said they don’t offer breakfast because of covi19 but they suppose to let customer know about that in the website horrible experience not recommended.

My entire stay was unbearable, don't let the pictures fool you. First of all, as soon as you walk into the room it's dark and gloomy. Second of all, every room smells old and like cigarettes. The first night that I took a shower the tub flooded up to my legs and the toilet was backed up. It was late at night so I decided to ask to change rooms in the morning. The morning comes and I wake up to a roach crawling on the table. Disgusting! I then go to and tell the front desk, they apologized and changed my room immediately which was good. My next room had the same smell but this room was even worse. My boyfriend and I took a shower and it was fine until we started sneezing in the shower. We noticed that it was a vent next to the showerhead and it smelled like mold, we tried to close it but it was stuck. Every time we took a shower we would sneeze and then stop sneezing once we left the hotel room. Not to forget to mention it was a few people outside my room at 3/4 in the morning talking so loud, I couldn’t tell if they were arguing or just hanging out. That was my stay there and most definitely won’t be staying again.

Staff is very helpful. The hotel is nice for the price and they're very clean.

There was no breakfast, even though it as supposed to be included. The pool was closed, even though it was advertised.

Great stay lot better stay then last time

We arrived at 11:00 PM for check in and my husband was told several times that his debit card would not work because it didn’t have a chip. After the chipless debut card was approved the church in host then offered her customer service by suggesting that my husband upgrade his bank card. Sunday night about 12AM our room card debris not work to open the door. My husband and our two children stayed outside while I walked to the front desk. I understand it happens but the host did not apologize once nor did he offer any customer service. Next time we will stay at the Double Tree.

This Hotel is infested with druggies. It’s dirty and smells like cigarettes in every room.

Old hotel not very pleasing to the eye great location though..

My experience was positive, the staff was attentive and pleasant. Not having the continental breakfast was a bummer. I understand there are safety rules to follow due to the COVID but I have stayed at other hotels where we have had free continental breakfast prepacked in a goody bag available. Another comment was the soap to shower smells like a grease trap. The smell was so terrible I couldn't sleep and needed to shower a second time with shampoo. I always carry my own personal care items, This time I forgot to bring my own.

So comfortable room, neat bathroom. A/C working properly.
