Baymont by Wyndham Chattanooga - Hamilton Place

Nicely decorated, pretty clean, bathroom area was looking very tired, unkempt.

The bed had a very noticeable dent in the mattress The shower was broken. I would never stay at another Baymont.

I stayed at this hotel often when it was a Laquinta , and had no big problems then. My room was a larger room, but sadly not the cleanest. I wiped all the common surfaces down like tables, door handles, doors themselves, and when I finished, the wipe was dirty. This told me surfaces were not being cleaned well, just quick cleans, and then move on to the next room. Bedding was clean, and bed comfortable. There was also a refrigerator, and a microwave. I did not use these. The hairdryer did not work. The room was "updated", but really needed a good paint job, or maybe a deep clean, which includes a good wipe down of the white walls. Right now, their is no breakfast or even coffee available for guest. Thete is a coffe brewer in room, but I don't use those.The tv was fine, but the room I had didnt get very many working starions, not even the local stations.Wifi was weak, and constantly refreshing. They allow pets, but now there is a $10.00 per night charge and a weight limit of 25llbs...before it was free for pets, and no weight limit. There are local restaurants and coffee shops near, by, and area is safe.

I love how cozy the rooms are and the cleanliness of the property. I think this is my new place to stay when I need a getaway.

Staff was friendly and room was comfortable. Definitely will stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Room was disgusting & so dirty. Stains on the bedding, mold in the bathroom, toilet not working unless you messed with the handle, bathroom door didn’t shut properly, loud noises from parking lot. It doesn’t seem like a safe or well maintained property. We had to stay the night because of getting in so late but we left the next morning despite losing the prepaid money & cut our trip short. Do not stay here.

We didnt stay there we canceled our stay and still got charged double.

Nice customer service from a young college lady, but told us the wrong location of our room and the hunt was on, for a while bc of the strange layout. Area makes you feel like your vehicle will be on blocks in the morning. Upon opening the door, the closed-up, foul odor was a huge turn off. Then the stains explained everything from what I pray is coffee stains, among other stains, on the top bed linens to grungy flooring. This must be where construction workers routinely stay. Going to bed, only laying on fitted sheet (praying they at least wash this) with the reminding thoughts, I can at least wash all this off me in the morning. Next day, cleaning lady & man (owners?) will constantly knock on your door to annoy you to leave. Then when you open the door, she doesn't even move herself or her cart out of the way so you can leave. It was an hour before checkout time, but this doesn't matter bc she was ready to get the room done. From my observation, not real sure what gets cleaned anyway, so why push the customer out?

The hotel was disgusting! The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smell. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed linens were dingy and gross. They definitely needed to be replaced or bleached! We were booked for two nights and did not stay the second night.

They charged my card an extra $30 dollars without my consent for the upgrade they'd have given me, for no pool and breakfast etc.so they"upgraded"me to a room with microwave and fridge, plus it's hard to get towels
